Download issues

I bought but didn’t get a download link, or the link expired.
Reply to your purchase confirmation email or write to sarah@thedailyblueprint.com. We’ll resend within 24 business hours, usually much sooner.
Can I download my file again later?
Yes. Each link is good for seven days. After that, reply to your purchase email and we’ll send a fresh link — you keep access for life.
I lost my purchase confirmation email — can you find me?
Yes. Email us with the credit-card last four digits and approximate purchase date and we’ll find it.

Refunds

What’s your refund policy?
Digital products are non-refundable after download; defective or corrupted files are replaced free of charge. Full detail in the Refund terms section of the Disclaimer. To start a request, reply to your purchase email or write sarah@thedailyblueprint.com.
How long does a refund take?
Five to ten business days back to the original card — Stripe to bank timing.

Licensing & usage

Can I use this on multiple client deals?
Yes — one license, one user, unlimited deals.
Can I share the file with my team?
Single-user license. Multi-seat available — email sarah@thedailyblueprint.com with team size for a quote.
Can I resell or rebrand this?
No. Personal and professional use only. Redistribution, rebranding, and resale are not permitted.

Technical

I’m getting a #REF! error, circular reference, or can’t open the file.
Email sarah@thedailyblueprint.com with: (a) which version of Excel or Sheets you’re using, (b) which tab or cell shows the error, (c) screenshot if possible. We respond within 24 business hours; most issues resolve on the first reply.
Will you keep updating the products?
Yes. Past customers get all updates free, forever. You’ll get an email notification when a new version ships.

Other

Do you offer custom modeling work?
Not as a service. Our products are off-the-shelf intelligence and tools. For custom work, we can recommend partners — email sarah@thedailyblueprint.com.
I want to talk to the founder.
We’ll relay your message. The founder reads everything we escalate but doesn’t take direct contact during product-build phases.
How do I report a factual error in a published briefing?
Send corrections to corrections@thedailyblueprint.com with the issue volume number and the specific claim or calculation in question. Corrections process is described in the “How we research” section on the About page.
