If you have purchased a product from us, or you read our newsletter or website, you may:

• Use our products on your own deals. Open the file. Modify the model to fit your transaction. Run the framework against the deal in front of you. That is the work the product is for.
• Use the product internally within your organization. Share the file with colleagues at the same firm working the same deal. One organization, one purchase — not one user, one purchase.
• Quote short passages in your own writing, with attribution to The Daily Blueprint and a link to the source. Standard fair-use practice applies.
• Forward newsletter issues to a colleague by email or by linking to the public version.

You may not, without written permission from us:

• Resell, redistribute, syndicate, or share the product file with anyone outside the purchasing organization.
• Strip TDB attribution, branding, methodology references, or copyright notices from a product file.
• Reverse-engineer a TDB product into a derivative product for resale.
• Repackage our templates, models, or frameworks for resale or for inclusion in a paid product of your own.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest the site or the newsletter archive.
• Use our brand name, logo, or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership we have not granted.

No AI training.

You may not use any of our content — newsletter issues, products, templates, models, methodology pages, the website, or any other TDB-published material — to train, fine-tune, or augment any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, including (without limitation) large language models, retrieval-augmented systems, and embedding-based search. This includes use as input to a training corpus, as a fine-tuning dataset, or as content scraped for derivative AI output that competes with or substitutes for our work.

This prohibition is express and is not waived by the absence of a robots.txt rule, the public availability of any TDB URL, or the use of automated tools to access the site.

Quoting our research in your own work is encouraged. The standard format:

1. Your contact information (name, email, phone).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
